About Me

I work at the crossroads of people, systems, and meaningful work.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Universitas Indonesia, a Master’s in Economics from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Economics. I am a Nationally Certified Human Capital Manager (CHCM) and a trained counselor. I am currently pursuing a law degree to deepen my understanding of governance, accountability, and institutional protection.

What shapes my work most, however, is not only formal education but also lived experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through change, workplace pressure, limited resources, and complex decision-making.

I believe good work arises from a balance of clear thinking, empathy, and a healthy structure.

In an era increasingly shaped by AI and automation, I stay grounded in what cannot be replaced:
human presence, practical wisdom, and integrity-driven decisions.
