TECHNICAL WRITING & TRANSLATION EXAMPLES
As part of a comprehensive capacity-building proposal for the Rotary Foundation in 2020/2021, I developed specific training plans through a detailed process that included desk research, reviewing best practices, ensuring regulatory adherence and conducting essential needs assessments involving both clinical and non-clinical staff.
This initiative aimed to enhance clinical excellence through our 'Healthy Gentle Birth Practices' program for midwives and nursing staff, emphasizing safe, respectful, WHO-aligned care, while also boosting operational efficiency with targeted training modules for non-clinical staff to build essential skills in accounting and leadership. Both training streams employed interactive methods and robust evaluation frameworks to ensure measurable improvements and sustained competence across the facility.
Led a new university department focused on character development and leadership. Secured government capacity-building grants of 700,000,000 IDR (equivalent to $ 35.000 USD at that time ) for training programs, oversaw academic course modules and chaired the university curriculum committee.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXAMPLES
Led the project to relocate a clinic to a larger facility with twice the capacity. Included staff training and updates to operational systems, contributing to achieving top accreditation from the Ministry of Health.
